For nearly two decades, I’ve worked as a journalist and media executive—listening deeply, telling powerful stories, and navigating the intensity of deadlines and decision-making. Over time, I began to sense a quiet invitation within myself: to slow down, to pay attention differently, and to help others do the same.

That calling led me to mindfulness.

What started as a personal practice became a professional path. I began with corporate training in mindfulness and meditation, and most recently completed my formal certification through the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP), a two-year immersive program offered by Sounds True and led by renowned teachers Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach.

Now, through Trust Your Goodness, I share mindfulness practices designed to reconnect people with the inner wisdom, clarity, and compassion already within them. I’ve launched free monthly community mindfulness sessions and will soon offer both group training and one-on-one guidance through this platform.

My mission is simple: to make mindfulness accessible, practical, and personal—especially for people who carry a lot, give a lot, and rarely pause to receive.

Whether you’re just beginning or looking to deepen your practice, I welcome you to this space where we learn to trust our own goodness again.
